Players who have not checked in with the Tournament Moderator by the time the pool starts risk being disqualified from the tournament.
  • Every game will have a Tournament, who will be holding a clipboard & wearing an official JEI event staff shirt. Please ensure you check-in with your Tournament Moderator & they  will verbally confirm to the player that they have checked-in. Players must notify their Tournament Moderator of any official tournament-related conflicts they may encounter.
  • Players in the tournament who have not yet been eliminated must remain by their pool station while the pool is running. If a player needs to leave the vicinity for any reason, such as needing to use the bathroom, they must ask the Tournament Moderator for permission prior to leaving. Players who leave the area without informing the Tournament Moderator first may be disqualified from the tournament. Players who are away from the pool area for an extended period of time may also be disqualified if the reason for their absence isn’t related to another JEI event official.
  • Players are free to leave the pool station area once they have been eliminated.
